All of our items are made to order. 
Our standard production window is 1-3 business days before shipping.

During peak seasons or holidays, production may take longer due to increased order volume. We thank you in advance for your patience while your order is being prepared.

Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation that includes the items, size, color, and quantity that you ordered.

Orders ship after production is complete. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS.

While shipping upgrades do not shorten production time. The shipping option selected at checkout only applies after production is complete.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and do not include production time.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no extra cost.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed as outlined in the Returns Policy. Processing times may vary based on inspection and volume.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2-3 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Absolutely! If you'd like a different size or color, contact our support team and we'll arrange an exchange whenever possible. 

For returns due to defects or errors on our part, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. 

For other returns such as change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code can be returned for store credit only. 

Final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
