WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Every order leaves from our HQ in Gulf Shores, AL. We’re not some faceless drop-ship operation—we do it all in-house, right here in the Heart of Dixie.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes! we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Sorry if it expensive! Don't blame us, blame USPS and UPS.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Kind of...
If we make a mistake or it arrives damaged, we will make it right every time, no questions asked!
If you don't like the color, fit, or just simply changed your mind we will gladly accept a return or exchange. We will even cover the shipping cost on your new hat, but you will have to cover shipping back to us.
Unless you added the shipping protection at checkout. In that case, it's on us.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Yeah so about that, you ordered like 14 minutes ago. Let us spell out the process for you.
1. All of our products are made-to-order. Please allow up to 3 business days for production.
2. Once production is complete will ship the order using the method you selected at checkout.
If you have specific requirements on when you need to receive something it is best to reach out to us ahead of time.
DOES SIZE REALLY MATTER?
Yes... despite what she says.
Here is the rundown:
- Foam Truckers - Nope, think fat guy little coat.
- Classic Truckers - Nope, we use Richardson 112's. You can email us and order a custom 112XL though.
- Flat Bills - Nope, we use the Yupoong 6006 and while popular they aren't big head friendly.
- Rope Hats - Yes sir! The Goat Rope from Lost Hat Co will fit up to a 7 3/4". We hear that is considered above average, lol.
- 7 Panels - Stay away from the solids, but the camo patterns will fit up to 7 3/4". You can thank Lost Hat Co for those.
- Hybrids - Lost Hat for the win! Up to 7 3/4" on those bad boys too.
- Performance - Big heads rejoice, these are one of our favorites and we use the Ea5y Pro from Lost Hat, also up to 7 3/4".
