I did not receive the hat I ordered

I did not receive the hat I ordered. I got a message that said it was delivered but it was not. I was told by the company that I needed to contact USPS. I let them know I didn't receive my package and they said they will look into it. I haven't heard anything back. I just want my hat that I ordered or my money back.
