CRANK THE WAYLON!
Sent a message to Bad Ass Hats asking for a color of a trucker hat that wasn’t an option (yet) and was told yes, they could fulfill my order. Was accidentally sent the wrong color and they immediately made it right, plus told me to keep the wrong color too. The company is very quick to respond, super friendly, and the hats are really comfortable! They have the greatest of all time prints.
Love them all!
Received 1/4 hats yet order on box had all hats being sent…. Very very disappointed in this company and its quality control with shipping product. Even had to pay duty on all hats…..
I absolutely love it and got compliments today!
